This article explains how to view the Fleet Health Metrics Report in veroFresh™.
This report provides historical fleet health information, including overall fleet performance trends and temperature-related issues over time.
This report differs from the Fleet Health page and the Performance Dashboard in that it shows trends in trailer health and violations over a selected time period. Another key difference is that this report allows you to filter by any date range you choose, unlike the Fleet Health page and Performance Dashboard, which only display data from the past 30 days..
How to Check the Fleet Health Metrics Report
Step 1: Go to Reports
In veroFresh™, click Reports on the left-hand side of your screen, then select Fleet Health Metrics.
Step 2: Select a Customer
Under Customers, Choose the Distribution Center (DC) you want to review.
If you are assigned to multiple DCs, you can select multiple DCs.
Step 3: Choose a Date Range
Select the Date Range you want to review. Available options include:
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 Days
Last 30 Days
Month to Date
Previous Month
Year to Date
Previous Year
You can also select a custom date range using the date picker.
Once you’ve chosen the desired date range, click Run Report.
Step 4: View the Report
After running the report, you’ll be directed to a page displaying the following details:
Fleet Health Trend – Shows the average fleet health over the selected period, as well as the health trend over time. Only days with available data are included in the average.
Vehicle Issues Trend – Displays the trend of temperature violations over time.
Vehicle Issues by Type – Displays the trend of each type of vehicle issue over time.
Fleet Health Daily Stats – Displays the daily snapshots that make up the report. Results are paginated.
This report can be downloaded by clicking the download icon and saved by clicking the star icon in the upper-right corner. Once saved, the report will appear under your Recent Reports.
If you want to view the report again, simply click the eye icon under Actions. To delete the report, click the delete icon under Actions.
