This article explains how to view the Route Assessment Metrics Report in veroFresh™.
This report provides a breakdown of route assessment statistics for the selected time period.
Report Parameters
Report data are generated daily for each customer at their local midnight.
To ensure accuracy, certain data points require an additional 24 hours before they become available in this report.
How to Check the Route Assessment Metrics Report
Step 1: Go to Reports
In veroFresh™, click Reports on the left-hand side of your screen, then select Route Assessment Metrics.
Step 2: Select a Customer
Choose the Distribution Center (DC) you want to review.
If you are assigned to multiple DCs, you can select multiple DCs.
Step 3: Select a Period
Select the report period you want to review. Available options include:
Daily
Weekly
-
Monthly
Step 4: Choose a Date Range
Depending on the selected period:

If “Daily” is selected:
You can choose from the following preset date ranges:Today
Yesterday
Last 7 Days
Last 30 Days
Month to Date
Previous Month
Year to Date
Previous Year
You can also select a custom date range using the date picker.
Once you’ve chosen the desired date range, click Run Report. -
If “Weekly” is selected:
Choose the week you want to review.Once you’ve chosen the desired week range, click Run Report.

If “Monthly” is selected:
Choose the month you want to review.Once you’ve chosen the desired month, click Run Report.
Step 5: View the Report
After running the report, you’ll be directed to a page displaying the following details:
Daily Opened and Closed Violations
Violation Statistic Trends
Daily Stats
You can hover your mouse over each chart to see more details.
This report can be downloaded and saved by clicking the star icon and the download icon in the upper-right corner. Once saved, the report will appear under your Recent Reports.
If you want to view the report again, simply click the eye icon under Actions. To delete the report, click the delete icon under Actions.
