veroFresh™ provides several reports to help you identify opportunities and improve performance. These reports are still in beta and will continue to evolve over time.
You can access it by clicking on the Reports option available in the left-hand panel within your veroFresh™ account:
Site Violation Report
This report provides the percentage of routes in violation for a single site. You may select the date range for review and you also have the option of comparing those results to the previous time period. For more information about the Site Violation Report, please review this Support Article.
Monthly Route Status Report
This report provides a monthly summary of In-Spec (in temp) routes, broken down per DC location that you have assigned to your user account. This report only takes into account temperature violations, providing the overall routes that were in temp during the month then how many violations occurred in the freezer vs. the cooler. This report is also exportable into Excel; however, you will have to manually add the totals or averages for each column when exporting to Excel, which should only take 1-2 minutes. Vehicle Violation Report
This report provides you with a list of vehicles that have violating routes. By identifying the vehicles with the highest total and/or percentage of violating routes, you can quickly identify problem vehicles and take corrective action. Root Cause Violations Report
This report provides an overview of Root Cause Analysis results and displays a chart showing the percentage of identified root causes for violating routes. You can select a specific date range to review and optionally compare it with a previous time period. For more information about the Root Cause Violations Report, please review this Support Article.
Missed Stop Report
This report provides you with a list of stops that have been missed. By identifying the stops with a lot of missed stop count, you can identify what is the issue of the location why there’s a lot of missed stop and take corrective action to fix it. Start Temperatures Report
This report shows the frequency with which start temperatures are used for selected products within a given date range. Use this report to identify trends and anomalies in your start temperatures over time. For more information about the Start Temperatures Report, please review this Support Article.
Fleet Health Metrics
This report provides historical fleet health information, including overall fleet performance trends and temperature-related issues over time. For more information about the Fleet Health Metrics, please review this Support Article.
Route Assessment Metrics
This report provides a breakdown of route assessment stats during the selected time period. You may select a specific DC, period and date range for review. For more information about the Route Assessment Metrics, please review this Support Article.
Weekly Performance Report
This report provides Performance Dashboard statistics summarized by week, month, and year-to-date (YTD). For more information about the Weekly Performance Report, please review this Support Article.
RCA Report

Start Temperature Log Report
