This article explains how to view the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Report in veroFresh™.
This report provides a list of all routes that were assessed within 24 hours, assessed late and unassessed within a selected time period.
Report Parameters
Report data is generated daily for each customer at their local midnight.
To ensure accurate calculations, some data may require an additional 24 hours before it becomes available in this report.
How to Check the RCA Report
Step 1: Go to Reports
In veroFresh™, click Reports on the left-hand side of your screen, then select RCA Report.
Step 2: Select a Customer
Choose the Distribution Center (DC) you want to review.
If you are assigned to multiple DCs, you can select multiple DCs.
Step 3: Choose a Date Range
Select the Date Range you want to review. Available options include:
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 Days
Last 30 Days
Month to Date
Previous Month
Year to Date
Previous Year
You can also select a custom date range using the date picker.
Once you’ve chosen the desired range, click Run Report.
Step 4: Select the Type of Data to Display
Choose the type of data you want to include in the report. Options include:
Deleted Routes
Assessed
Unassessed
Assessed Late
Assessed Within
Step 5: View the Report
After running the report, you’ll be directed to a page displaying the following details:
Customer Name - DC Name
Violation ID - The unique ID assigned to the violation
Violations - Description of the violation
Assessment ID - Unique ID of the assessment
Assessment Date - Date and time when the route was assessed
Route ID - Unique ID of the route
Route Name - Name of the route
Route Start - Date and time when the route started
Route End - Date and time when the route ended
Email / Assessor - Person who assessed and submitted the RCA for the route
Cause - Reason for the violation
Action - Actions taken to address the violation
Product OK - Indicates whether the product was in acceptable condition during delivery
This report can be downloaded and saved by clicking the star icon and the download icon in the upper-right corner. Once saved, the report will appear under your Recent Reports.
If you want to view the report again, simply click the eye icon under Actions. To delete the report, click the delete icon under Actions.
