The Monthly Route Status Report displays the total number of routes and the number of violating routes (both Freezer and Cooler). It also provides the percentage of Overall In-Temp Routes, including the Freezer In-Temp and Cooler In-Temp percentages.

How to Check the Monthly Route Status Report

Step 1: Go to Reports

In veroFresh™, click Reports on the left-hand side of your screen, then select Monthly Route Status Report

Step 2: Choose the Month and Run the Report

Select the month you want to review, then click Run Report.

Step 3: View the Report

After running the report, you’ll be directed to a page displaying a list of DC along with the following details:

• Total Routes
• Violating Routes
• Overall In-Temp Routes %
• Freezer Violating Routes
• Freezer In-Temp Routes %
• Cooler Violating Routes
• Cooler In-Temp Routes %

You can sort the list from highest to lowest number of violations by clicking the arrow icons beside each item. This allows you to quickly identify which DC have the most routes, violations or in-temp routes.

To download the report, click the downward arrow icon located at the upper left corner of the page.
