This article explains how to view the Missed Stops Report in veroFresh. This report provides a list of missed stops, locations that were included in the route plan but were not recognized as a valid stop in the actual route.
A stop is considered “missed” when the system does not detect the vehicle at the planned stop location.
Possible reasons for a missed stop include:
The GPS coordinate of the stop is incorrect.
The vehicle’s location during the stop was outside the Geofence radius for that stop.
The stop was actually missed by the driver.
The trailer didn’t meet the minimum stop-time requirement for the stop to be recognized as valid. Some DCs require a minimum of 10, 15, or even 20 minutes for a stop to be counted.
If you believe the stop was not missed, please contact our Support team so we can investigate further. Please include any logs from your telematics provider showing that the stop was visited.
How to Check the Missed Stops Report
Step 1: Go to Reports
In veroFresh, click Reports on the left-hand side of your screen, then select Missed Stops Report.
Step 2: Choose a Date Range
Select the Date Range you want to review. Available options include:
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 Days
Last 30 Days
Month to Date
Previous Month
Year to Date
Previous Year
You can also select a custom date range using the date picker.
Once you’ve chosen the desired date range, click Run Report.
Step 3: View the Report
After running the report, you’ll be directed to a page displaying a list of missed stop locations, along with the following details:
Missed Stop Count
Most Recent Date of Missed Stop
This report cannot be downloaded but you can saved it by clicking the star icon icon in the upper-right corner. Once saved, the report will appear under your Recent Reports.
If you want to view the report again, simply click the eye icon under Actions. To delete the report, click the delete icon under Actions
