This article explains how to view the Start Temperature Log Report in veroFresh™.
This report provides a record of the starting temperatures set for each product within a selected time period.
The data in this report is based on the starting temperatures configured by users under Product Start Temperature.
How to Check the Start Temperature Log Report
Step 1: Go to Reports
In veroFresh™, click Reports on the left-hand side of your screen, then select Start Temperature Log Report.
Step 2: Select a Customer
Choose the Distribution Center (DC) you want to review.
If you are assigned to multiple DCs, you can select multiple DCs.
Step 3: Choose a Date Range
Select the Date Range you want to review. Available options include:
Today
Yesterday
Last 7 Days
Last 30 Days
Month to Date
Previous Month
Year to Date
Previous Year
You can also select a custom date range using the date picker.
Once you’ve chosen the desired range, click Run Report.
Step 4: View the Report
After running the report, you’ll be directed to a page displaying the following details:
User Name – The user who set the start temperature
Timestamp - Date and time when the start temperature was sent
Products – Shows the start temperature value for each product
This report can be downloaded and saved by clicking the star icon and the download icon in the upper-right corner. Once saved, the report will appear under your Recent Reports.
Note: In some cases, a product temperature may display as N/A. This can occur when a user updates and saves one product temperature and then updates and saves another product temperature shortly afterward. The Start Temperature Log Report records each save action separately.
For example, if a user saves the temperature for Cooler first, the report may generate an entry showing the updated value for Cooler and N/A for Freezer. If the user then updates and saves Freezer a few seconds later, a second entry will be generated showing the updated value for Freezer.
If you want to view the report again, simply click the eye icon under Actions. To delete the report, click the delete icon under Actions.
