The Performance Dashboard provides an overview of key performance metrics over the past 30 days, including Fleet Health, In-Spec Routes, Linked Route Plans, and Completed Root Cause Analyses.
You can access this page by clicking on Performance in the left-hand panel within your veroFresh™ account:
This page is consist of 4 sections. Each section will display a daily trend for the last six months. You can click on the "See Full Report" option to get the data for the selected widget.
Available Options
Below are the four sections available to review under the Performance Dashboard:
Fleet Health
This section displays the overall fleet health across all selected Distribution Centers (DCs). The fleet health score is based on various metrics that indicate the condition of each vehicle. These metrics are identical to those shown on the Fleet Health Page.

A vehicle is considered Unhealthy if it meets one or more of the following criteria within the last 30 days:
Sensors Swapped: The most recently completed route indicates that the freezer is reporting cooler temperatures and the cooler is reporting freezer temperatures.
No Cooler Sensor Data: A route within the last 72 hours included a cooler product but no cooler air data was reported, and no data has been received since the issue was detected.
No Freezer Sensor Data: A route within the last 72 hours included a freezer product but no freezer air data was reported, and no data has been received since the issue was detected.
GPS Sensor Failure: The vehicle’s telemetry reported cooler and/or freezer data but failed to report valid GPS data (e.g., coordinates 0,0).
Cooler Temperature Health: At least 25% of routes in the last 30 days did not reach the minimum temperature of 40°F in the cooler.
Freezer Temperature Health: At least 25% of routes in the last 30 days did not reach the minimum temperature of 10°F in the freezer.

Temperature Violations
This section shows the percentage of routes run in the past 30 days that were In-Spec versus those that had Temperature Violations. It displays the number of In-Spec routes and routes with violations.
It also includes a Year-over-Year Trend, comparing the percentage of In-Spec routes from the previous month to the same month a year earlier.
Routes
This section displays the number of Unlinked Route Plans for the selected organizations over the past 30 days.
An Unlinked Route Plan is any route plan imported into veroFresh™ that has not been linked to a route—either manually or through the automatic route detection process. This metric does not include route plans with a duration of less than 5 minutes in the calculation.
It shows the number of linked and unlinked route plans, as well as how many have been uploaded in the past 30 days.
It also displays Missed Stops under Completed Routes, which include any stops that were not visited from linked route plans within the last 30 days. Stops from unlinked route plans are not included.
Root Causes
Routes that experience a fatal violation require a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) assessment. Once reviewed and completed, the assessment appears in the Root Cause Archive.
This section shows the number of routes assessed on time (within 24 hours after the route’s end) and those that were either not assessed or assessed late (beyond 24 hours after the route’s end).
