This article explains how to view the Vehicle Violation Report. This report provides a list of vehicles with violating routes. By identifying vehicles with the highest total and/or percentage of violations, you can quickly spot problem vehicles and take corrective action.

How to Check the Vehicle Violation Report

Step 1: Go to Reports

In veroFresh, click Reports on the left-hand side of your screen, then select Vehicle Violation Report.

Step 2: Choose a Violating Percentage

Select the Violating Percentage you want to review. The available options are:

• >=25%
• >=50%
• >=75%

This filter allows you to view vehicles based on the percentage of their routes that have violations.

For example, if you select >= 25%, the report will display trailers that have violations on at least 25% of their total routes within the selected date range.

Step 3: Choose a Date Range

Select the Date Range you want to review. Available options include:

• Today
• Yesterday
• Last 7 Days
• Last 30 Days
• Month to Date
• Previous Month
• Year to Date
• Previous Year

You can also select a custom date range using the date picker. Once you’ve chosen the desired date range, click Run Report.

Step 4: View the Report

After running the report, you’ll be directed to a page displaying a list of vehicles along with the following details:

• First and Last Violation Dates (based on your selected date range)
• Number of Violating Routes
• Violating %

For example, if you select Month to Date, the report will show the first and last violations that occurred during the current month.

You can sort the list from highest to lowest percentage of violations by clicking the arrow icons beside % Violating. This allows you to quickly identify which vehicles have the most issues.

You can also click the number of violations to view the specific routes where those violations occurred.

To download the report, click the downward arrow icon located at the upper left corner of the page.
