The Fleet Health Page provides a comprehensive overview of your fleet’s overall condition. It includes the percentage of healthy vehicles, summaries of detected issues, temperature violations, a list of unhealthy vehicles from the last 30 days, vehicles excluded from route detection, and those that have been marked as fixed.
If you want to check fleet health for dates other than the last 30 days displayed on this page, see the Fleet Health Metrics Report article to see how to run the report. You can also refer to The Performance Dashboard article for more information on fleet health.
You can access this page by clicking on Fleet Health in the left-hand panel within your veroFresh™ account:

Fleet Health Overview
The Fleet Health Overview displays the ratio of healthy vehicles to unhealthy vehicles in your fleet.
A vehicle is considered Unhealthy if it meets one or more of the following criteria within the last 30 days:
Sensors Swapped – Based on the most recently completed route, the freezer appears to be reporting cooler temperatures and the cooler appears to be reporting freezer temperatures.
No Cooler Sensor Data – A route within the last 72 hours had a cooler product, but no cooler air was reported and has not been reported since the issue was detected.
No Freezer Sensor Data – A route within the last 72 hours had a freezer product, but no freezer air was reported and has not been reported since the issue was detected.
GPS Sensor Failure – The vehicle has reported cooler and/or freezer data in recent telemetry, but no GPS data or invalid coordinates (0,0) were reported.
Cooler Temperature Health – At least 25% of the routes this vehicle ran in the last 30 days did not reach the minimum temperature in the cooler.
Freezer Temperature Health – At least 25% of the routes this vehicle ran in the last 30 days did not reach the minimum temperature in the freezer.
You can view these criteria by clicking the information icon within the widget.
Issue Summary
The Issue Summary section displays each type of vehicle issue impacting overall fleet health and the total number of vehicles affected by each issue.
Temperature Violations
The Temperature Violations section shows the number of routes with hot and cold temperature violations completed within the last 30 days.
It also highlights the top three vehicles that contributed the most to both hot and cold violations, along with the count of their contributions to each type.
Unhealthy Vehicles in Fleet
This table lists all vehicles classified as Unhealthy, along with the reason each vehicle was flagged.
A vehicle is considered unhealthy for any of the following reasons:
- Sensors Swapped: Based on the most recently completed route it appears the freezer is reporting cooler temperatures and the cooler is reporting freezer temperatures.
- No Cooler Sensor Data: A route within the last 72 hours had a cooler product but no cooler air was reported and has not been reported since the issue was detected.
- No Freezer Sensor Data: A route within the last 72 hours had a freezer product but no freezer air was reported and has not been reported since the issue was detected.
- GPS Sensor Failure: In the most recent telemetry the vehicle has reported cooler and/or freezer data but did not report GPS or reported invalid coordinates 0,0.
- Cooler Temperature Health: At least 25% percent of routes this vehicle ran in the last 30 days did not reach the minimum temperature of {coolerNominalTemp}°{tempFormat} in the cooler.
- Freezer Temperature Health: At least 25% percent of routes this vehicle ran in the last 30 days did not reach the minimum temperature of {freezerNominalTemp}°{tempFormat} in the freezer.
You can view these reason by clicking the information icon within the widget.
Once you find your trailer in the Unhealthy Vehicles in Fleet list, please contact your telematics provider to determine the reason for the issue shown in the widget. For example, if a trailer has No Cooler Sensor Data, it means the trailer has not been reporting cooler data for the last 72 hours, you can ask your telematics provider to check for any issues and troubleshoot the trailer if necessary.
Once the trailer starts reporting data again, you can mark it as fixed by clicking the mechanic icon in the right corner. After the vehicle is marked as fixed, it will be removed from the Unhealthy Vehicles widget and displayed in the Marked as Fixed widget for the next 30 days.
Excluded Vehicles
The Excluded Vehicles list displays all vehicles that are not included in this dashboard.
These vehicles are excluded from all calculations related to fleet health, violation counts, sensor issues, and other dashboard metrics.
Marked as Fixed
The Marked as Fixed section lists vehicles that have been marked as fixed by a veroFresh™ user within the last 30 days.
If a vehicle appears in both the Marked as Fixed and Unhealthy Vehicles tables, it means a new issue has been detected since the vehicle was marked as fixed. Only issues identified after being marked as fixed are included in the dashboard.
