The Route Dashboard displays current and recently run routes, along with route-level indicators for temperatures and violations.
It is divided into two sections:
Active Routes – Displays all currently running routes (routes that have not yet ended).
Recent Routes – Displays all recently completed routes within the last 24 hours.
You can filter the dashboard to show only routes with violations or without violations by clicking the Violations or No Violations buttons located at the top of each section.
This page displays:
The most recent temperature data received from trailers on active routes. It allows you to monitor routes currently in progress and identify violations in real time, enabling you to take action while the route is still running.
The last temperature data received when trailers arrive at the last stop of recently completed routes. You can review routes completed within the last 24 hours that have violations, helping you quickly identify and assess issues and ensuring that Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is not delayed.
| To identify the type of violation on a route, refer to the Icon Key: What Do the Icons Represent? article for an explanation of each icon. |
Overall, this page is very useful for monitoring your routes. Many DCs display the Route Dashboard on TVs in their warehouses so they can easily track routes that are currently running in real time.

If nothing is displayed on the dashboard, please check whether route plans have been uploaded for that day. If no route plans are available, you can contact your internal team responsible for uploading the route plans to determine why they were not uploaded.
