This article explains how to view the Weekly Performance Report in veroFresh™.
This report provides Performance Dashboard statistics summarized by week, month, and year-to-date (YTD).
How to Check the Weekly Performance Report
Step 1: Go to Reports
In veroFresh™, click Reports on the left-hand side of your screen, then select Weekly Performance Report.
Step 2: Select a Customer
Choose the Distribution Center (DC) you want to review.
If you are assigned to multiple DCs, you can select multiple DCs.
Step 3: Choose a Report Week
Select the week you want to review.
You can adjust the target percentage for each metric before running the report. Simply click the number under the metric and edit it as needed. For example, if your target percentage is 90%, change the value from 95 to 90 under the metric.
Step 4: View the Report
After running the report, you’ll be directed to a page displaying the following details:
Routes In-Spec
Linked Routes
Root Causes Completed On-Time
Average YTD
Each metric includes data comparisons for:
Previous Week
Current Week
Previous Month
Current Month
Year-to-Date (YTD)
"Current Week" and "Current Month" is based on the week you selected for the report. For example, if you ran the report for a week in October 2024, then the Current Week and Current Month columns will show values for October 2024, while the Previous Month columns will show values for September 2024.
This report can be downloaded and saved by clicking the star icon and the download icon in the upper-right corner. Once saved, the report will appear under your Recent Reports.
If you want to view the report again, simply click the eye icon under Actions. To delete the report, click the delete icon under Actions.
