The Route Plan Upload Monitoring Tool allows customers to track and review Route Plan files uploaded into veroFresh™. This tool provides visibility into the status of uploaded files and helps identify whether route plans were processed successfully or encountered issues.
Important: While the File Upload History button may be visible to all customers, upload details are only available for Distribution Centers (DCs) or accounts that upload Route Plan files into veroFresh™.
How to Access the Tool
Open Route Plans from the left-hand navigation menu.
Click File Upload History:
This opens the Route Plan File Upload History view:
Understanding the Upload Summary
At the top of the page, you’ll see a high-level summary of file activity, including:
Total File Uploads
Processing - which are the files being processed at the time of accessing this page
Completed - which are the files that were uploaded successfully
Failed - which are the files that failed to be uploaded
This gives you a quick snapshot of recent upload activity. You can also click the "Refresh" button to reload the data.
Filtering File Uploads
You can filter uploads to quickly find specific files using the following options:

Filter by upload date range
Upload Results Overview
Each upload entry includes the following details:
Uploaded At – Date and time the file was uploaded
Status – Current processing status of the file
Upload Method – How the file was submitted
Progress – Processing progress
Summary – High-level outcome of the upload. The Summary will also show excluded routes in case your DC has any route plan exception rules created.
Actions – View file upload details
Click the eye icon under Actions to review the file in depth.

File Upload Details
Overview
When viewing a specific file upload, you’ll see an overview at the top summarizing how the file was processed, including:
Total routes included in the file
Routes processed successfully
Routes that failed
New Route Plans created
Existing Route Plans updated
Success rate
File Information
Each upload also displays file-level metadata, including:
Original file name
Upload method
Date and time uploaded
File size
Uploaded by
Date and time processed
Route Plans Processed
Below the file information, a table displays how each route in the file was handled:
Route Number - displays the route number in the file. If the Route Plan was uploaded successfully, you will be able to click on the Route Number to review specific Route Plan details.

Created - In case the entry was totally new
Updated - For cases where the Route Plan was updated based on another file previously uploaded
Failed - When a Route Plan entry fails to process

Timestamp showing when that Route Plan entry was processed
You can also use the search field within this table to locate specific routes quickly.
