Sometimes, you may need to exclude certain route plans from being created in veroFresh™. This can happen when route plans are uploaded by mistake or when they are not intended to be tracked within veroFresh™.
If you would like to exclude specific route plans, please contact our Support team and include the rule or condition that should be applied. Examples include:
Exclude Route Plan 300
Exclude Route Plans with fewer than four digits
Exclude Route Plans between 900 and 999
Our team will review the information provided and apply the necessary exclusions accordingly. Once exclusions are applied, future route plans matching those criteria will no longer be created.
Where Can I Locate My DC's Excluded Route Plans?
Once the Route Plan exclusion rule has been created, you will be able to locate them by navigating to the a the Route Plans page and then clicking on the "Route Plan Rules" button available at the top-right corner of the screen:
If this button is not available, it means no Route Plan Exclusion rule has been created for your DC.
