The Root Cause Archive page allows you to view all routes with violations that have already been analyzed. It provides complete details for each route, including any notes or actions recorded during the analysis. You can filter the data to focus on specific routes or criteria, and export the results to Excel for further review.

You can access this page by clicking on Root Cause Archive in the left-hand panel within your veroFreshβ’ account:
Using Filters
The Root Cause Archive includes a variety of filters to help you refine your search and quickly locate specific routes, products, or violations.
Once youβve applied your desired filters, you can export the results to an Excel file by clicking Download, located below the Search and Reset buttons.
π Available Search Filters
You can search or filter results using the following fields:
Route Name β Search by route name to review its history or performance over time.
Start Date / End Date β Filter routes within a specific date range to analyze activity for a particular period.
Vehicles β Filter by assigned vehicle to identify temperature or performance issues related to a specific trailer or truck.
Causes β Filter based on the identified causes of violations.
Product Status β Narrow down results by product status.
Actions β Filter based on actions taken to address violations.

Violations β Filter routes by violation type. Available options include:
Hot β Product temperature exceeded the upper limit.
Cold β Product temperature dropped below the lower limit.
Excessive Gap in Data β Data transmission was interrupted for an extended period.
Missing Data Violation β No temperature or GPS data was recorded.
Exclude On-Time RCA β Option to exclude on-time RCAs and display only those that were assessed late.
π Search Results
After applying your filters and clicking Search, the results table displays all matching routes along with key details:
- Route Name - The name or identifier assigned to the route.
- Vehicle -Vehicle linked to the route
- Route Start -The date and time when the route began.
- Route End - The date and time when the route was completed.
- Cause - The reason why there is a violation
- Status - Product status during the violation
- Assessor - Email of the person who assessed the route
- Assessment Date - The time the route was assessed
- Actions- Action taken by the driver during or the the DC during the time of the violation
- Notes- Any notes by the assessor during assessment
- Cooler - This will have the snow icon if the route has cold violation
- Freezer - This will have the fire icon if the route has hot violation
- Edit - Edit icon if you want to edit the assessment
