The Route Archive page allows you to review and analyze all completed routes within the system. It provides valuable insights into route performance, temperature compliance, and violation history. You can access it from the left-hand panel in your veroFresh™ account:

You can use a variety of filters to refine your search and quickly locate specific routes, products, or vehicles of interest. Once you’ve applied your filters, you can also export your results to an Excel spreadsheet by clicking Download below the Search and Reset buttons.

🔍 Search Filters

The Route Archive page allows you to search using specific fields:

• Route Name - Search by the name of a specific route to review its history or analyze performance over time.
• Start Date / End Date - Filter routes based on their start or end date. This helps you review activity within a particular time range.
• Vehicles - Filter routes by the assigned vehicle. This is useful when investigating temperature issues or performance trends related to a specific trailer or truck.
• Location Code - Search routes by their associated distribution center (DC) or customer location code.
• Products - Narrow your search by specific product.
• Violations - Filter routes based on detected temperature or data violations. Options include:
  • No Violations – Routes with no temperature or data-related issues.
  • Hot – Routes where product temperature exceeded the upper limit.
  • Cold – Routes where product temperature dropped below the lower limit.
  • Excessive Gap in Data – Routes where data transmission was interrupted for an extended period.
  • No Data – Routes where no temperature or GPS data was recorded.
• Violation Duration - Specify a minimum duration to filter for routes where violations lasted longer than the defined threshold.
• Exclude Deleted - Control whether deleted routes appear in your results. Options include:
  • Exclude Deleted – Show only active routes.
  • Include Deleted – Show both active and deleted routes.
  • Only Show Deleted – Display only deleted routes.
• Exclude Time on RCA’s - Choose whether to exclude or include time spent during Root Cause Analysis (RCA) review. Options include:
  • Exclude Time on RCA’s – Exclude RCA review time from calculations.
  • Show All – Include RCA review time for full duration visibility.

📋 Search Results

After applying your filters and clicking Search, the results table displays all matching routes along with key details:

• Route Name - The name or identifier assigned to the route.
• Start -The date and time when the route began.
• End - The date and time when the route was completed.
• Duration - The total time elapsed from route start to end.
• Vehicle - The vehicle or trailer that completed the route.
• Fries - Displays the recorded product temperature for fries during the route (this may vary if the product is a different one, eg. nuggets)
• Lettuce - Displays the recorded product temperature for lettuce during the route.
• Edit - Click the pencil (🖉) icon to open and edit route details when adjustments are needed.

Once your filters are set and the results are displayed, you can also click the Download button to export your current view to an Excel spreadsheet.

This export includes all filtered routes and their associated details, allowing for additional manual analysis outside the system.
