This page explains the different warnings that may appear on a route, what triggers them, and whether they can disappear.
⚠️ Note: Warnings are informational or operational alerts designed to highlight potential issues. They are different from violations (critical events) and forecasts (predicted issues).
Warning Types
Warning |
Triggers |
Disappears Automatically? |
| GPS Gap Warning | No GPS data for 30+ minutes, or missing GPS data entirely. | ✅ Yes, once new GPS data fills the gap |
| Missed Stop Warning | A planned stop was never visited during the route. | ✅ Yes, if arrival/departure data is later added. |
| Time Gap Warning (Sensor Data Gap) |
A gap in temperature readings during the route: - Warning: 30+ minutes without data - Violation (Excessive Gap in Data): 40+ minutes without data (may vary by account settings) -If no temperature data is received at all, the route will show a violation labeled ‘Missing Data Violation.’ |
✅ Yes, once new sensor data arrives. |
| Product Temperature Simulation Not Available | If a sensor data gap reaches 90 minutes or more, the system stops the product temperature simulation. | ✅ Yes, once new sensor data arrives and the gap is reduced below 90 minutes. |
| Set Point Not Reached Warning | The route ended, but the vehicle’s refrigeration unit did not reach the configured set point temperature in one or more zones. | ✅ Yes, recalculated when new temperature data is received. |
| Nominal Air Temperature Not Reached Warning | The cooler/freezer never reached the standard target temperature (40°F for cooler, 10°F for freezer). | ✅ Yes, recalculated when data updates. |
| Swapped Air Sensors Warning | Cooler and freezer sensors appear to be swapped. | ✅ Yes, if sensor readings return to normal. |
| Cooler Set Point Warning | Cooler air temperature did not meet the set point. | ❌ No, computed in real-time. |
| Freezer Set Point Warning | Freezer air temperature did not meet the set point. | ❌ No, computed in real-time. |
