Banners are important messages that appear at the very top of veroFresh™ whenever you’re signed in. They’re designed to quickly share updates or alerts that everyone should be aware of.
Banner Types
There are four types of banners you may see:
Type |
What It Means |
|---|---|
CTM Interruption |
Your telematics provider has stopped sending vehicle data. |
Route Plan Feed Interruption |
New route plans haven’t been received in the past 25 hours. |
No Future Route Plans |
No upcoming route plans are scheduled. |
Anything else |
Sometimes, our team will set up banners to alert you of any current news/alerts. If you see any banner different from the three banners listed above, then it means the banner has been set up by our team. |
