Icon Key: What Do the Icons Represent?

The following icon keys indicate the status of a route and any issues encountered during the journey:

You will find these icons on the Route Dashboard, Route Archive and Fleet Health page, listed under the corresponding product names. For example, if a product such as lettuce has a cold or hot violation, the corresponding icon will appear below it. If the route has no violations, a green checkmark icon will be displayed.

Please find a table below with all icon keys available along with a description of what they represent:

Icon Key	Description
	No Violations – The route was successful and had no violations during the journey.
	Cold Violation – During a route, a product’s temperature fell below the acceptable temperature range.
	Hot Violation – During a route, a product’s temperature rose above the acceptable temperature range.
	No Data Violation – No data was received for the route.
	Excessive Gap in Data Violation – Data was not received for an exceeding amount of time during the route.
	No Sensor Data – A trailer has stopped reporting cooler or freezer data
	Temperature Health – At least 25% percent of routes a vehicle ran in the last 30 days did not reach the minimum temperature in the cooler or freezer
