In veroFresh™, your role determines what you can access and manage. There are two possible roles: Admin and User.
How to Check Your Role
From your veroFresh™ account, look at the left-hand navigation menu.
If you see Users listed as an option → you are an Admin:
If you do not see Users in the menu → you are a User:
| If you believe you should have admin access but do not see the Users option, please contact your DC's admin directly. Your DC's admin will need to submit a support ticket to request the role change. |

| Admins can request role changes for other users. If you need a user’s role updated to Admin to grant access to all pages listed above, please submit a request for our Support team to help you change the user's role. |
