Knowing whether your Distribution Center (DC) is WMS-enabled helps determine how routes are created and where to report route-related issues.
How to Check if Your DC Is WMS-Enabled
Go to the Route Dashboard in veroFresh™.
Check under both the Active Routes and Recent Routes dashboards for the label that says Automatic Route Creation.

Check what the entire message says:
Enabled: Your DC is not WMS-enabled. Routes are created automatically by veroFresh™.
Disabled: Your DC is WMS-enabled. Routes are created and managed by your Warehouse Management System (WMS), like in the example below:
Why This Matters
WMS-Enabled DCs:
Routes are created by your WMS, not by veroFresh™. If you experience issues with route creation or visibility, please contact your WMS or internal team (if you're unsure on how to get in touch with your WMS) for support.Non–WMS-Enabled DCs:
Routes are created automatically by veroFresh™. The route will be detected automatically once the vehicle arrives at the first stop.
