You can also identify inactive users and create a list with them in case you want to remove multiple users. To do this, follow these steps:
- In veroFresh™, go to the Users option in the left-hand panel:

Click on the Download button to export the user data:

Open the file and sort the Last Login column from Oldest to Newest
Note: If a user has never claimed their invitation, their Last Login (column E) will show up as blank/empty. -
Filter the list based on your criteria for inactivity—for example:
Users inactive for more than six months
Users inactive for more than one year
Users who haven’t logged in during the current year
Etc.
Remove all users you consider active.
This process allows you to create a targeted list of inactive users to include in your removal requests to Support.
Once you have gathered the list of users you'd like to remove, feel free to submit a request to our Support team.
