The Vehicles page in veroFresh™ provides a centralized view of all vehicles currently reporting to your location. From this page, users can review key information such as each vehicle’s latest temperature readings, GPS location, and telematics data activity.
You can access it by clicking on Vehicles in the left-hand navigation panel within your veroFresh™ account:
🔍 Viewing and Filtering Vehicles
The Vehicles page displays all vehicles that have reported through your telematics provider within the last 30 days.
You can narrow down results using the available filters:
Vehicle Name – Search for a specific vehicle in your fleet.
Exclude Deleted – Choose to exclude, include, or show only deleted vehicles.
Reference ID – Filter by the unique identifier associated with the vehicle in your telematics system.

After applying filters, the list of vehicles will appear below, showing their most recent activity and temperature readings.
Name – Displays the vehicle’s name as registered in your telematics provider.
Telematics Provider – Indicates the provider transmitting GPS and temperature data.
Reference ID – The vehicle’s unique telematics identifier.
GPS – Shows the last recorded GPS location for the vehicle.
Updated (GPS) – Displays the time and date of the most recent GPS update.
Freezer Air – Shows the latest temperature reading received for the freezer compartment.
Updated (Freezer) – Displays when the last freezer temperature update was received.
Cooler Air – Shows the latest temperature reading for the cooler compartment.
Updated (Cooler) – Displays when the last cooler temperature update was received.
Current Route – Indicates whether the vehicle is currently assigned to an active route.
🗺️ Vehicle Map
The Vehicle Map option allows you to view all vehicles on a map, showing their most recent GPS location. Clicking on this option provides a visual overview of your fleet and helps you quickly identify the last known position of each vehicle:

Use the information on this page to identify potential data transmission issues. If a vehicle has not reported in a while, this could indicate a telematics hardware problem — you can follow up with your telematics provider for support.
You can also download a list of your vehicles by clicking on the "Download" button:
