As indicated in this article, you can review all vehicles that are currently linked to your Distribution Center (DC) by clicking on Vehicles on the left-hand navigation bar. All vehicles that have reported through your telematics provider within the last 30 days and have been automatically added to the veroFresh™ system will be listed here.
Adding Trailers / Vehicles
If a vehicle or trailer does not appear on the Vehicles page, contact your telematics provider to confirm that it is transmitting data. As soon as veroFresh™ receives data from the vehicle or trailer, it will be added automatically.
If your provider confirms the vehicle is transmitting data to veroFresh™ but you still do not see it in our website, submit a support ticket. Please be sure to include the following:
- Vehicle or Trailer Name
- Telematics Provider Name
- Any information provided by your Telematics Provider

| ⚠️ The vehicle's name shown in veroFresh™ is based on the vehicle name sent by your telematics provider. If the vehicle's name should be updated in veroFresh™, you should also get in contact with your telematics provider so they can ensure the correct trailer name is being sent over to us. |
Removing Trailers / Vehicles
| ℹ️Currently, only administrators have the availability to remove trailers. If you're a user, please reach out to your DC's administrator for assistance with trailer removal requests. |
A vehicle or trailer can only be removed from veroFresh™ once it has stopped transmitting data. To remove a vehicle, please follow the next steps:
- In the Vehicles tab, search for the vehicle you want to remove and then click on it.
- Click on the Delete Vehicle button. The vehicle will then be deleted.
If you'd like, you can also reach out to our Support team for the vehicle to be removed. You will first, however, need to ensure the Vehicle has stopped transmitting data to us.
To check whether the Vehicle you want to remove has stopped transmitting data or not, please do the following:
- In the Vehicles tab, search for the vehicle you want to remove and then click on it.

Check the last time the vehicle has transmitted data for all: GPS, Freezer Temperature and Cooler Temperature:
- You will then proceed depending on whether the last transmission data for all data above was:
a. Last Transmitted Data Less Than Two Days Ago
If the vehicle has transmitted data within the past two days, it is still active. In this case, contact your telematics provider and ask them to stop sending data to veroFresh™. Once they confirm this, wait two days and check again.
b. Last Transmitted Data Less Than Two Days Ago
If the vehicle has not transmitted data for more than two days, submit a support ticket with the following information:
- Vehicle or Trailer Name
- Last Transmission Date
Our support team will then remove it from the system and confirm once it’s complete.

Important Note: If the trailer reports data again after deletion, it will be re-added to veroFresh™ automatically. |
Transferring Trailers
If you need a trailer to be transferred to a different DC, please submit a support ticket with the following information:
- Vehicle or Trailer Name
- Old DC
- New DC
- Reason for Transfer
Our support team will then transfer to the correct DC, remove it from the old one and confirm once complete.
