You can set up notifications in veroFresh™ to receive an email alert whenever a specific violation occurs. These alerts include details such as the time, route, and trailer number affected, helping you take quick action to address issues.
When does a Violation occur?
There are four types of violations, which are the following:
- Cold Violation
- Hot Violation
- Missing Data Violation
- Excessive Gap in Data Violation

Setting Up Notifications
To set up notifications:
In your veroFresh™ account, go to the Notifications section from the left-hand panel.
Under When, select the product you want to monitor (for example, QIP Lettuce).

Under …triggers, choose the type of violation that should generate a notification:
Any Violation
Cold Violation
Hot Violation
Missing Data Violation
Excessive Gap in Data Violation

Under …and has been, select how long the violation must persist before a notification is sent:
In violation for any amount of time
In violation continuously for 20 minutes
In violation continuously for 60 minutes
In violation continuously for 60 minutes
In violation continuously for 120 minutes
Under …notify me by, choose your preferred notification method (currently, only Email is available).
Click on Create Rule.
Once your selections are saved, veroFresh™ will automatically send you an email whenever the defined violation criteria is met.
