In veroFresh™, a saved location is any address or GPS coordinate stored in your Locations list. These saved locations are used by veroFresh™ to identify stops during your routes.
If your route plan has a location that is not yet saved in veroFresh™, it won’t be recognized as a stop during routing. This would be an unregistered location.
Identifying Unregistered Locations
If veroFresh™ recognizes an unregistered location, a warning will be shown within the Locations page, as shown below:
You can then click on the yellow warning button to review your DC's unregistered location(s). Doing so will take you to the following page:
Registering the Location
To add the location, click on the "+" available under the "Actions" column:
You can then add the location's details by following the steps in our Adding or Removing Locations Support Article.
Once the location has been saved, it will be registered within veroFresh™.
