As an admin, you are able to add and/or remove a location when needed. This includes locations you would like to be ignored if you do not want to monitor deliveries to that location.

The following article provides steps on how you can add or delete/remove a location within veroFresh™.
Adding a Location
To add a location within veroFresh™, please follow the next steps:

Within the left-hand menu bar, go to “Locations”:

Click on “+ New Location”:

Enter the following:
Location Name - This will be the name your location will be identified with
Location Code - This should be a unique identifier for the location, and should always match the location code provided in Route Plans.

Location Type - select one of the following:
Distribution Center
Delivery Location
Ignored Location - Select this if you do not want to monitor deliveries to the location. More information regarding Ignored Locations may be found in the "Ignored Locations" section below
Location Timezone - Do not fill this out. Please leave it as it is, which should be “(UTC+00:00) UTC”.
Location Search - Please use this to find a business, address, or latitude/longitude. Once found, use the map displayed at the top for optimal accuracy and drag the marker to a location where drivers park, e.g. loading docks, parking lots, etc:
Geofence Radius (in feet) - This is defaulted to 800, however, you can change it to anything between 75 and 1600 feet.
Click on “Save Changes”.
Your location has been added successfully! You can go back to the Locations page and search for it to confirm it has been added.
⚠️Locations cannot overlap with one another.

Ignored Locations
An ignored location is a location for which delivery monitoring is not desired, for example: drop yards, backhaul locations, etc.
Ignored locations do not trigger route violations, RCAs, or any other type of warnings within veroFresh™.
Editing a Location
You can edit a location by simply going to the Locations page and then clicking on either the location's name or the edit pencil available under the "Edit" column:
Removing a Location
To remove a location, please submit a ticket to our support team. Please include the following information in your ticket:
Location Name
Location Link (from veroFresh™)
Our support team will then follow up with you once the location has been deleted.
Important Things to Note
- Currently, locations can only be added individually.
- You can download a list of all locations within your DC by clicking on the "Download" option available within the "Locations" page. You can also use this downloaded list to check when a location was created/added to veroFresh™.
- You can click on the "Location Map" option available within the "Locations" page to view all your DC's locations within a map view.
